PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent displacement between a barrier layer and an unstretched film on the inside of the barrier layer during a bag making process and thereby to improve manufacturing efficiency. SOLUTION: The storage device 1 is formed from a synthetic resin film such that the bag can be pierced with a content extraction tube. The storage bag 1 entirely has a barrier layer formed from a barrier material and a heat sealable unstretched film bonded to the internal face of the barrier material. In a part forming a pierceable face for the content extraction tube, an unstretched film layer 9 formed from a heat sealable unstretch polyethylene film 9a is disposed on the inside of the barrier layer 8. The barrier layer 8 and the unstretched film layer 9 are joined via a cold seal agent 10. The cold seal agent 10 is applied to the joint except a tube pierceable part and a fusion section heat-sealed to form the storage bag 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
