PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely receive radio wave transmitted by a transmitter by a receiver even if a position of the transmitter is changed by the rotation of a tire. SOLUTION: Radio wave for charging electric power is transmitted from the receiver during a first predetermined time and is not transmitted during a second predetermined time. When voltage in a charge part of the transmitter becomes charge specified voltage, a specific code is transmitted from the transmitter during a third predetermined time, and then real data is transmitted. Consequently, timing for transmitting real data by the transmitter and timing for transmitting radio wave for charging electric power by the receiver are deviated from each other to receive real data in a transmission frame transmitted by the transmitter by the receiver securely.
