PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent complication/increase in weight of fixing structure of a headrest for preventing a whiplash, difficulty in height adjustment of the headrest, and deterioration in sitting posture of a seated occupant in a state of the head being supported by the headrest. SOLUTION: The headrest 6 is moved forward by downward movement of a rear collision sensor 25 in a backrest seat 2 situated in the rear of the seated occupant T, and constituted to support the head H of the seated occupant T. A headrest attaching rod 10 is fixed on a pair of upper link rods 15. Transmission members 20 for moving downward by movement of the rear end collision sensor 25 are attached to the upper link rods 15. On the backrest frame 3 of the backrest seat 2, plate-like support material 30 is provided that is constituted so that a plate body 31 formed in an approximately quadrangular single plate shape is attached to a backrest frame 3 through a wire spring 32 in a forward/rearward movable manner.
