PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for peeling off an adhesive article remained on an automobile body and a part made of plastic in a short time without damaging the body and the part. SOLUTION: The oscillation rotary tool for peeling off the adhesive material has such a mechanism that a rubber roller (13) having a star-like shape devised such that a contact area in rotation becomes a half or less compared with the one having a disc shape is mounted to an air ratchet wrench (12), to facilitate a peeling off work by utilizing hitting force and rotation force possessed by a ratchet mechanism (Figure 5 (not shown)) and damage of the part made of plastic is suppressed to recycle it.
