The invention is related to a corona plasma-generating device (1), comprising at least one first plasma-generating section (A), wherein at least one first plasma (2) is generated; and at least one second plasma-generating section (B), wherein at least one second plasma (3) is generated; wherein at a given point of time said first and said second plasmas (2,3) are of different polarity. The device is especially suitable for the sterililzation of a gaseous medium such as biologically or otherwise contaminated air. |
