<p>A lightweight pre-cast concrete system having a floor slab (22) with a pilaster jointer which are reinforced with reinforcement bar (40) and in between filled and jointed with plurality of jointer block pieces (15). The jointer block pieces (15) are positioned horizontally by fitting into a pair of grooves of another block piece (15) at both sides or other side to intermediate pilaster jointer (21) or corner pilaster jointer (20). The pilaster jointer (20, 21) has at least two side grooves (23, 33) and at least two holes (28, 38) at the center along the entire length of the jointer (20, 21). These grooves (23, 33) are to install vertically and fit with the jointer block piece (15) at both sides. Each of holes (28, 38) are inserted an elongated reinforcement bar (40) and fill with concrete grouting material to connect the second pilaster jointer.</p> |
