PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an area advertisement distribution system enabling an advertiser who is a third person requesting the distribution of advertisement to a specific area controlled by a specific home-delivery agency to specify the home-delivery agency controlling the area by utilizing a home-delivery infrastructure network taken root in the area controlled by the home-delivery agency, and a distribution means for distributing the advertisement of the advertiser to customer homes controlled by the specified home-delivery agency through the system.

SOLUTION: Data in the delivery areas 20 of a tie-up home-delivery agency 200 are stored in an advertisement distribution area information management server 10 and an advertiser 100 can read the delivery area registered in the server 10 through a browser 15. The advertiser 100 specifies a required delivery area 20 and requests advertisement delivery to an agent 5. The agent 5 provides an advertisement distribution means 400 which is a subordinate to be delivered subordinately to a primary deliver object 250 to the home-delivery agency 200, and the home-delivery agency 200 delivers the primary delivery object 250 and the advertisement delivery means 400 to a destination 500 while keeping principal-subordinate relation.
