<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically replace pharmacist-unsealed image data with sealed image data in an apparatus for recording prescription image data. <P>SOLUTION: The prescription image management apparatus comprises a first image input means for reading image data of a prescription, an image recording means for recording the prescription image data read, a second image input means for reading image data of a prescription sealed by a pharmacist, a comparison means for comparing the prescription image data read by the second image input means and the unsealed prescription image data recorded in the image recording means, and means for replacing the unsealed prescription image data recorded in the image recording means with the sealed prescription image data if the comparison in the comparison means results in matching them up. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
