PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet stacking separating device capable of improving the stacking performance, shortening the designing and manufacturing period, and reducing the cost burden of a device purchaser without any adverse effect on the paper sheet separating performance. SOLUTION: A blade wheel is constituted so that the friction coefficient of the surfaces of a most-forward blade and a most-backward blade in the rotational direction when paper sheets are stacked are smaller than the friction coefficient of other blades in a range in which blades are formed.
