PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direction indicating device for easily determining direction from which radio wave to be received by a receiver is transmitted and a distance between the receiver and a transmitter. SOLUTION: The direction indicating device is obtained by the combination of the transmitter 1 for transmitting the radio wave including specified information with the receiver 2 for receiving the radio wave which is transmitted from the transmitter 1. The device includes the following requirements: (1) a plurality of light emitting means 3 are arranged in the receiver 2 at equal distance in a circumferential direction, so as to display the direction of transmitting the radio wave by the lighting state of the light emitting means 3; and (2) the lighting state of the light emitting means 3 is changed in response to the distance between the receiver 2 and the transmitter 1.
