PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure an anti-theft property of a money processor even to a modus operandi using a tool such as a bar or metal-cutting scissors. SOLUTION: In this automatic vending machine, an inner side face of an outer door 20 is disposed with a cover member 46 openably/closably around a prescribed opening/closing shaft, the money processors 30, 31 are disposed in positions covered by the cover member 46, and a lock means 80 is provided between the outer door 20 and the cover member 46. The lock means 80 has a lock lever 81 disposed movably forward and backward toward a left side frame member 43 of the outer door 20 from the cover member 46, restricting opening movement of the cover member 46 when the cover member 46 performs advance movement in a closing state, and engaging with the left side frame member 43 in a state that the movement of the cover member 46 along a plane including the opening/closing shaft is restricted.
