摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic control method which can efficiently compute a control parameter even in a control system in which a large dead time factor of one sampling time or more exists, and can acquire desired control performance. SOLUTION: In the automatic control method for performing motion control of the angle or position of a controlled object in a closed-loop toward a desired value based on a generated control signal, a difference signal is generated according to a difference between the angle or position of the controlled object at present and its desired value, a control parameter for performing motion control of the controlled object is computed, and on the basis of a control function using the computed control parameter, a control signal is generated by performing predetermined arithmetic processing regarding the generated difference signal. From a pole of a closed-loop transfer function in the closed-loop and on the basis of an arithmetic expression including the dead time factor in the closed-loop, the control parameter is computed.
