PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely capture metal powders mixed in lubricating oil. SOLUTION: Sediments of metal powers M in the lubricating oil are captured on the surface of a magnetic plate 27 by placing the magnetic plate 27 rotating integrally with an output shaft 17 beneath a planetary-gear reduction mechanism 16. Since the captured metal powders M are attracted by the magnetism of the magnetic plate 27, even though the lubricating oil is agitated in a housing 12 in operating time of the reduction gear 11, the metal powers M are inhibited from falling out of the magnetic plate 27. Consequently, the metal powders M mixed in the lubricating oil are prevented from entering the inside of an upper bearing 19 and a lower bering 20 to smoothly rotate over a long period the output shaft 17 supported by the bearings 19, 20 placed up and down.
