PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial decelerator capable of inhibiting the generation of germs such as coli bacteria, staphylococcus aureus, and methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). SOLUTION: This antibacterial decelerator 10 is composed of a case 20 and a decelerating mechanism stored in the case 20, and is connected with a motor 50. A surface of the case 20 of the antibacterial decelerator 10 is coated with a coating material including an antibacterial agent. By applying the coating including the antibacterial agent onto the surface of the case 20, the generation of germs such as coli bacteria, staphylococcus aureus and methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) can be inhibited, and further the secular distortion of the coating material can be prevented by using a silver antibacterial agent.
