PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble a fuel injection valve so that the lift amount of a needle valve reaches a preset lift amount. SOLUTION: A first armature 6 and a second armature 7 are fitted to the needle valve 4. A core 8 of a first solenoid for attracting the first armature 6 and a core 9 of a second solenoid for attracting the second armature are disposed in an inner chamber 3. An annular step part 11 projected inward is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the inner chamber 3. A first sleeve 12 and a second sleeve 13, which are like a thin cylinder, are inserted between the first core 8 and the second core 9 and between the second core 9 and the annular step part 11, respectively, and the lengths of the sleeves 12, 13 are adjusted to set the lift amount of the needle valve 4 to the preset lift amount.
