PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor bolt anchoring device for a column base, which can suitably anchor a plurality of anchor bolts, and is self-supportable, wherein the anchoring device is reduced in weight to contribute to alleviation in workload of setting work, and improved in stability by lowering the center of gravity of the anchoring device, to thereby minimize locational errors of an upper portion of the anchoring device caused by vibration. SOLUTION: A plurality of sheath pipes 1 are set on permanent concrete 2 via setting means 3 at predetermined locations, and an interval between upper portions of the sheath pipes 1 is held by a first template, followed by pouring foundation concrete 15. After hardening the foundation concrete, the anchor bolts 16 are inserted in the respective sheath pipes 1, and an interval between upper portions of the anchor bolts 16 is held by a second template, followed by pouring a hardener such as grout into each gap between the sheath pipe 1 and the anchor bolt 16, to thereby simultaneously anchor the anchor bolts.
