The invention discloses a wrap hollow wheel utilizing wind energy and water energy and its operating device thereof. The wrap hollow wheel comprises an impeller including at least two wraps. Each wrap is curled from top of the wrap and extended to the center of it, when it nearly reaches the center of the rotating shaft, the wrap is curled 360<sup>°</sup> to form a wrap hole with inclined sides. Each wrap is arranged in the same curled direction. The operating device comprises a drive system and a work carrier. The drive system supplies power for the work carrier. The drive system is the wrap hollow wheel. The invention can realize comprehensive utilization of wind energy and water energy and has no pollution. It is especially suitable to the remote mountain areas with strong wind and inlands or seas that have wind and waves. |
