<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strap connector attaining both functions of free attaching/detaching property and free rotation property by two members of an insertion member and a receiving member and suppressing the cost of manufacturing components and to provide a molding method capable of facilitating the manufacturing of the receiving member constituting the strap connector. <P>SOLUTION: The insertion member 9 is provided with flexible locking claws 13a and 14a and the receiving member 2 is provided with a cylindrical hole 3 and a front-view rectangular notch hole 4, so that the insertion member 9 can be easily detachably attached to the receiving member 2 and the relative rotation between the insertion member 9 and the receiving member 2 is allowed to prevent the transmission of twist from a body side to be suspended to a strap side. The notch hole 4 and the cylindrical hole 3 are formed by using a slide core and a rectangular core between a cope and a drag, so that the molding of the receiving member 2 can be easily and integrally performed to suppress the cost and the insertion member and the receiving member can be quickly attached and detached. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
