PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding a sheet which has a minute shape with a high aspect ratio and is excellent in handling properties simply at low costs and the sheet. SOLUTION: When a mold having the minute shape having unevenness arranged periodically in a pitch of 1,000 nm or below is heated and pushed to the surface of a sheet material, the pushed surface is melted to imitate the minute shape.
