PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate operation misses in important scenes on a display screen and to improve troubles in reading contents on the display screen and monitoring the display screen contents by providing a function of limiting display forms of alarm video. SOLUTION: A mobile broadcast receiving device having means of receiving a data broadcast signal and storing at least broadcast data in a nonvolatile memory is equipped with a browser function 401 of reading data out of the nonvolatile memory 31 to display them, an alarm means performing alarm display corresponding to operational status, and an alarm display limiting means 402 of limiting a display time and/or display form during the operation of the browser function when an alarm means performs alarm display.
