PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board design support apparatus having a function of determining the wiring order of a circuit board with a constraint on the electrical characteristic due to high frequency signal transmission. SOLUTION: The circuit board design support apparatus includes an input reception means 1 of the value of a design parameter defined individually for each network, a storage means 4 of the design parameter, and a sequence determination means 9 for determining the wiring order of the network from the value or the design parameter of the network stored in the storage means 4 by using a rule about the design parameter.
