PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator capable of ensuring the capability of a freezing chamber even in summer where the frequency of door opening and closing of a cooling chamber is increased, and further keeping a vegetable chamber at high humidity to improve freshness keeping property for foods stored in the vegetable chamber. SOLUTION: The cooling chamber, an ice making chamber and a first freezing chamber are cooled by a first cooler 17, a second freezing chamber is cooled by a second cooler 20, and the vegetable chamber is indirectly cooled by heat transfer of a cooling plate provided on the back surface of the vegetable chamber without directly circulating cold air to the vegetable chamber. According to this, even if the frequency of door opening and closing of the cooling chamber is increased in summer to cause inflow of warm moisture to the cooling chamber, the second cooler 20 cooling the freezing chamber can ensure the capability of the freezing chamber without being influenced thereby. Further, the vegetable chamber can be kept at high humidity, and the freshness keeping property for foods such as vegetables stored in the vegetable chamber can be improved.
