PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust removing apparatus capable of appropriately removing dust attached on a fin of a radiator, and an air conditioner using the same. SOLUTION: A filter 9 for removing the dust comprises a frame body 9a with a handle part formed by folding an upper side, and a nonwoven fabric 9b stretched in the frame body 9a, and is attached from an upper part side by a guide part formed on left and right side surface parts of a suction port. A brush 10a planted by inclining in one direction so as to get into contact with one side surface of the fin 7a and a brush 10 planted by inclining on other direction so as to get into contact with the other side surface, which are arranged in two upper and lower stages, are provided on a lower end surface of the frame body 9a.
