The distracter has bolts or micro-osteosynthesis plates (5) or transgingival fixing screws (4) joining bone tissues of jaw-bones and intra-orals through a transporter (16) with an anchoring unit. Vertical or horizontal bone distractions are executed between a bone base and a bone segment/lamella. The bolts or the plates or the screws are in direct non-positive contact with the bone segment /lamella and intra-oral system components.
