<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture display device appropriately displaying two pictures without employing extra devices or accompanying with a flicker feeling. <P>SOLUTION: Spectacles for stereoscopic vision has two liquid crystal elements 20a, 20b. A distributing circuit B forms a plurality of externally input picture data arranged in series to first and second picture data and distributes the first and the second picture data to the two liquid crystal elements 20a, 20b.
