<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily recognize a job affected by shutdown processing before executing the shutdown processing to cut off a power supply. <P>SOLUTION: The image processor is provided with an operation part, which has a plurality of functions and by which the user can command and input information, and a display part for displaying operating states of the device and the information inputted from the operation part. When the user commands the cutoff of the power supply from the operation part, information of a job being currently executed and a job being on standby is displayed, and also, a shutdown confirmation screen, which urges the user to execute the input of whether to execute the cutoff of the power supply or not, is displayed on the display part.
