PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new approach for reducing glomerular inflammation and renal insufficiency entrained thereafter.

SOLUTION: The invention provides (1) a nucleic acid molecule containing a nucleotide sequence encoding an scFv polypeptide containing an amino acid sequence corresponding to specific 248 residues, (2) a nucleic acid molecule containing a nucleotide sequence encoding a polypeptide containing a variable light-chain region amino acid sequence corresponding to specific 108 residues, (3) a nucleic acid molecule containing a nucleotide sequence encoding a polypeptide containing a variable heavy-chain region amino acid sequence corresponding to specific 122 residues, and (4) a isolated protein containing (a) the 1st polypeptide region containing a variable light-chain region amino acid sequence corresponding to the term (2) and (b) the 2nd polypeptide region containing a variable heavy-chain region amino acid sequence corresponding to the term (3).
