<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seize the detailed delivery conditions of cargoes while reducing burden on updating and notifying work. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises a cargo managing server 1 for holding delivery information and a delivery vehicle mounted device 4 for managing the delivery conditions of the cargoes on a delivery vehicle via communication. The delivery vehicle mounted device includes a storage part 7 for holding cargo identifying information and a cargo information reading part 6 for reading the cargo identifying information at delivery sites, an arrival completion determining means 9 for transferring cargo arrival completion information to a notification control part 5 in accordance with the information and writing the information into the storage part in coordination with the cargo identifying information, a movement detecting part 8 for detecting the movement of the delivery vehicle, and a delivery completion determining means 10 for transferring delivery completion information to the notification control part in accordance with the cargo arrival completion information from the storage part after detection. The notification control part notifies the cargo managing server of the cargo arrival completion information and the delivery completion information after received.
