PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell of a structure capable of obtaining a large cell output. SOLUTION: The fuel cell is provided with an anode oxidizing liquid fuel, a cathode reducing oxygen, an electrolyte film formed between the anode and the cathode, a fuel chamber storing liquid fuel to be supplied to the anode, and a mechanism ventilating a inside and an outside of the fuel chamber and interrupting the liquid, in which pressure inside the fuel chamber is higher than that outside the chamber.
