<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method of performing an organization evaluation containing the quality of influence based on the results of a survey, such as questionnaire to the organization. <P>SOLUTION: For example, a certain organization evaluates the quality of the influence given to other organization based on a survey result, such as the questionnaire, etc. to each organization. The quality of the influence given to other organization is evaluated based on the degree of expectation or the degree of assumption to influence medium acquired as a response result of the questionnaire, and the degree of the expectation to the kind of the reaction or the degree of the assumption. The labels for representing the quality of the influence are set for the four quadrants on the diagrammatic chart, respectively.
