RESIDUE SLUDGE MIXING-MOLDING APPARATUS IN WASTE PLASTIC-OILING TREATMENT SYSTEM AND RESIDUE SLUDGE MIXED MOLDED ARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide residue sludge-mixing and molding apparatuses for molding residues and sludge by-produced as the side-products of a waste plastic-oiling treatment system into an easily portable solid fuel.

SOLUTION: This waste plastic-oiling treatment system comprising a thermal cracker having a function for oiling waste plastics to separate the waste plastics into an oil gas and residues and an oil sludge separator for removing sludge in a cracked oil obtained by condensing the oil gas is characterized by having a mixer for mixing the residues separated with the thermal cracker with the sludge separated from the sludge separator to form a mixture, and a molding apparatus for molding the mixture in desired size and shape. Thereby, the easily portable solid fuel not producing dusts in the combustion exhaust gas can be provided from the residues and the sludge by-produced as side products.
