<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable fluoropolyether composition which can give a cured product excellent in heat resistance, low-temperature properties, oil resistance, solvent resistance, chemical resistance, moisture resistance, electrical insulation properties and the like by heating at a relatively low temperature for a short time due to the use of components (A) and (B) having a perfluoroether structure in the main chain as the base polymers, and accordingly can be suitably used in potting, molding sealing, coating and the like for protecting electrical/electronic equipment and parts requiring long-term protective performance even in the harsh service environment. <P>SOLUTION: The curable fluoropolyether composition comprises (A) a fluoropolyether compound, (B) a perfluoropolyether, (C) an organohydrogensiloxane, (D) a spherical silica powder having an average particle diameter of 0.1-5.0μm, (E) a fluorine-containing trialkoxysilane, and (F) a platinum family metal catalyst with a large amount of incorporation of the spherical silica powder of component (D). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
