PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid droplet discharge unit capable of detecting the exhaustion of the liquid in a liquid housing chamber beforehand, and a liquid droplet discharge device. SOLUTION: The liquid droplet discharge unit is equipped with a liquid housing part 100 having a plurality of liquid housing chambers 122 for housing liquids and a liquid droplet discharge head 200 for discharging the liquids supplied from the liquid housing chambers 122 to the outside. A plurality of the liquid housing chambers 122 are arranged along one side surface of the liquid housing part 100 and a transparent observation region 104 capable of observing at least a part of the region extending in the depth direction of the liquid housing chambers 122 from the outside is formed to one side surface of the liquid housing part 100.
