PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the influence of flux leakage from a stator core as much as possible, correctly determine magnetic poles of rotor magnets with Hall elements, and significantly reduce errors in output voltage. SOLUTION: An insulator is formed of resin that completely covers areas in contact with bottom end faces 1a and side end faces 1b of stator teeth and in which a metal magnetic material that absorbs magnetic flux is mixed.
