PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multipurpose rotary table device constituted by mounting a plurality of camera platforms on a rotary disc, mounting and fixing a message board, an illumination lamp, a sensor or the like on quick shoe mounting bases or quick shoes of the camera platforms, or bridging and fixing two sets of camera platforms by a top base plate to form an integrated flat space, mounting a real commodity, a large signboard, an image display or the like on the flat space, and rotating and driving the disc by a motor in a state that the top base plate is horizontally kept or arbitrarily inclined while performing the actual operation by turning on power. SOLUTION: In this multipurpose rotary table device, camera platform shafts are fixed in a state of placing panhandles of the camera platforms outside of the rotating plate, a slip ring shaft is connected with a motor rotating shaft for driving the rotating plate, an information signal and the electric power can be supplied to a rotating body, a magnetic slip clutch mechanism is mounted on a rotating mechanism for cutting off the torque in overload to prevent a motor decelerator and the slip ring from being damaged by impact shock load and overload axial load, and further the load of the mounted article and signboard is supported by rubber wheels or the like formed by mounting wheels on a rear face of the rotating plate, to achieve smooth rotation.
