PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper capable of coping with vibration in all horizontal directions through approximately 360°even if it is formed of one annular member formed of an elastic material. SOLUTION: In this damper, one end part of the annular member 1 formed of the elastic material is rotatably fixed to one structure 5 and the other end part 2 is rotatably fixed to the other structure 6 through pins, and the entire part of the annular member 1 is formed to be automatically rotatable along the deforming direction thereof. Also, a circumferential angle about the annular member between a pin-connected part 3 at one end part of the annular member 1 and a pin-connected part 4 at the other end part is set slightly smaller than 360°.
