PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for a cover panel capable of being easily attached. SOLUTION: The cover panel device 15 is provided with a panel supporting member 21 to be attached to a beam member and a girder member 7 of an accessory 1 of a building by engagement without use of a tool. The cover panel device 15 is provided with a substrate body 41 for the panel to be secured to a joist member 9 of the accessory 1 of the building with a bolt 42 and a nut 43. A panel cover body 16 for covering the underside face of a floor of the accessory 1 of the building is supported by the panel supporting member 21 and is fixed to the substrate body 41 for the panel by a drill screw 60.
