PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely peel the covering sheet 4a even if an adhesive and the like deteriorate due to ultraviolet rays or a chemical change by avoiding dependence on the material, surface condition and the like of a covering sheet 4a and a tile body 2a. SOLUTION: When the tile body 2a is covered with the covering sheet 4a, a separation sheet 4b is arranged between the covering sheet 4a and the tile body 2a and stuck on them. In the separation sheet 4b, the distribution of tensile strength in a direction along a surface is almost uniform, and the distribution of tensile strength in a thickness direction is set to be lower on the side of its central part than on its front side and backside. Thus, when the covering sheet 4a is separated from the covering sheet 4a, the separation sheet 4b is separated in a state wherein part of the separation sheet 4b is stuck on the covering sheet 4a and the other part is stuck on the tile body 2a so that the covering sheet 4a and the tile body 2a can be easily and surely peeled from each other.
