PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a partitioning frame body, which is safe even for the walking of a pedestrian and the traveling of a wheelchair, and which facilitates the infilling of soil for a lawn and gravel, even if an upper part is formed in a grid pattern. SOLUTION: The partitioning frame body comprises a block forming part for inserting or forming a block, and greening part for growing plants; and a top surface of the greening part is covered with a lid part with a plurality of through-holes. In a block pavement method which is practiced by laying the partitioning frame body, A backside body corresponding to the backside of the partitioning frame body is formed of the soil for use in the greening part by using a backside copying mold for copying the backside of the partitioning body; the partitioning frame body is laid on the backside body; and the backside body is formed of the soil for being infilled into the greening part.
