PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate powder while restricting compactness by dispersing force added to the powder by means of a scraper regardless of the form or state of the powder on a surface of a device. SOLUTION: This scraper for powder comprises a plate member 1 to get in contact with powder on a prescribed surface of the device to move the powder. The plate member 1 has an angular part 1a and/or a curved part. The angular part 1a and/or the curved part get in contact with the powder 10 to move the powder to the surface.
