PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forklift, capable of minimizing the deterioration of a field of vision in driving due to installation of a pallet lock device so as to realize favorable cargo work. SOLUTION: In this forklift, a lock drive device is provided on a lift bracket, and the lock drive device is disposed at an overlapped position with a lift cylinder in a forward-rearward direction of a car body. Deterioration of the driving vision due to installation of the lock drive device is thus avoided.
