PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid processing agent which is hardly broken even by swing during transport and by which photographic quality and properties are maintained even when it is put in a high temperature and high humidity environment. SOLUTION: The solid processing agent is a core/shell type one consisting of a core particle and a plurality of shell layers covering the core particle, wherein at least two layers of the plurality of shell layers have the same composition and at least one layer is disposed in such a way that it comes in direct contact with the core particle.
