PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional periodic structural body which can be easily manufactured. SOLUTION: The three-dimensional periodic structural body comprises a substrate provided with a periodic shape which is periodic and symmetric with respect to at least one direction of a first direction and a second direction vertical to the first direction on the surface, and is asymmetric with respect to a third direction vertical to both of the first direction and the second direction, and a plurality of layers having surfaces provided with the same shape as the periodical shape of the substrate which is disposed three-dimensionally and periodically on the surface having the periodical shape of the substrate.
