PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control exposure dose by controlling X-ray pulse width. SOLUTION: An X-ray computerized tomography apparatus is equipped with an X-ray tube 10 for generating X-rays, an X-ray detector 23 for detecting X-rays transmitting a subject, a data acquisition part 24 for repeatedly acquiring X-ray signals from the X-ray detector, a shutter mechanism part 22 which is disposed between the X-ray tube and the subject to convert the generated X-rays to pulse X-rays and is constituted to vary a ratio between a shutter opened period and a closed period, a reconstruction part 36 for reconstructing image data based on the acquired X-ray signals, and a shutter shift controller 41 controlling the shutter mechanism part to change the ratio between the shutter opened period and the closed period.
