PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for greening an overflow area to prevent the withering of a nursery stock planted in an overflow area of a dam, etc., and provide a greening tool for an overflow area. SOLUTION: Trees except for Formosan sweetgum, willow and Chinese tallow tree are planted on an overflow area having varying water depth and each tree is wholly covered with a light-transmitting cylinder.
