USE OF PIN1 INHIBITORS FOR TREATMENT OF CANCER

The instant invention provides methods for determining if a subject will benefit from treatment with a Pin1 modulator based on the expression of Pin1 and one or more cancer associated polypeptides, e.g., her2/neu, ras, cyclin D1, Cdk4, E2F, Myc, Jun, and Rb. The invention further provides methods for determining if a subject will benefit from treatment with one or more cancer treatments, alone or in combination with a Pin1 modulator.
