<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid seasoning set enabling regulation of the taste of straight-type seasoning without increasing an amount of the liquid and spoiling Umami taste eluted into the soup in a cooking pot if the seasoning becomes watered down during use for cooking. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid seasoning set is composed of straight-type liquid seasoning accompanied by another different seasoning. It is preferable that the straight-type seasoning and another different seasoning are respectively encapsulated in retort pouches, and the pouches are joined with each other. For example of one mode of a joining method, one retort pouch is divided in two compartments and the two kinds of liquid seasoning are encapsulated into the respective compartments. The amount of the straight-type liquid seasoning to another different seasoning is in the ratio of 100:1 to 10:1. The different seasoning comprises concentrated type liquid seasoning, spice or the like.
