<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody having high reactivity with an albumen protein extracted from a food material in various kinds of processing conditions; to provide a method for detecting the albumen protein by using the antibody; and to provide a method for efficiently extracting ovalbumin from the food material in the various kinds of the processing conditions. <P>SOLUTION: The antibody against the ovalbumin, the method for efficiently extracting the protein from the food materials in the various kinds of the processing conditions, the method for detecting the ovalbumin in the food material by using the antibody, and the kit having the antibody are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
