<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery cell capable of effectively utilizing a normal part by cutting out a defective part without disusing the whole solar battery cell even when the defective part is generated and capable of preventing the occurrence of a short circuit between a surface electrode and a rear electrode due to the cutting and preventing the generation of cracks on the solar battery cell. <P>SOLUTION: The solar battery cell 100 has the surface electrode 105 on the light receiving surface side and the rear electrode 101 on the light non-receiving surface side. In the battery cell 100, interconnector connections 105b, 104 to be electrically connected are formed on the surface electrode 105 and the rear electrode 101; at least one electrode non-formation area 103 or more are formed on the rear electrode 101; and the electrode non-formation area 103 is allowed to exist on a position crossing over a division line L capable of dividing the solar battery cell 100 into a plurality of parts and constituted, so as to include a rear area 102 opposed to an area of the interconnector connection part 105b formed on the surface electrode 105. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
