<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a lead-acid storage battery restraining over welding generated by fluctuation of temperature or a mutual contact state of connection bodies at intercellular resistance welding of the battery, not generating blow hole or crack at a welding part even if the composition of the alloy of the connection bodies and the shape of an opening are changed, capable of providing an intercellular connection part having excellent reliability. <P>SOLUTION: On the manufacturing method of the lead-acid storage battery, electrode groups are housed in respective sell chambers of battery case separated in plurality by separation walls, and connection bodies for intercellular connection of adjacent electrode groups arranged on the electrode groups are made to face each other through a through-hole, and the connection bodies are welded by resistance-welding by conducting current through those connection bodies at a current conduction process, wherein, a second alternating current voltage V2 lower than a first voltage is impressed after the first alternating current voltage is impressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
